Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day return period from the date of delivery on all online orders. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition.

Items can be returned for a store credit (valid for three months) or can be exchanged. Please note your preferred option when contacting us.

Please email Customer Service at leeplastocreative@gmail.com with your order number to make arrangements to return your items. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Return shipping and postage charges are your responsibility and we recommend you utilise a service with tracking. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. LeePlasto Creative is not responsible for any breakages of returned items.  Please refer to Terms.

Once the items have been received in their original condition, we will email you a credit voucher, valid for three months that can be used online.

Any items showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange or credit.

LeePlasto is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier.
